  Delicious frozen drinks on the beach... what's not to love? Fave spot for pina coladas but can get a little crowded at times.
  
  This bar is a part of the diplomat but I get the feeling I'm not the only local who comes around to this spot.
  
  I have only had the fries so I am not sure how the food is but its a great spot to stop for a frozen rose ( aka Frose) or whatever trendy frozen drink  they are pushing now.

  This outdoor restaurant near the pools has a beautiful view and great food.  I loved my fish tacos, although they were pricey (price expected at a resort).  The 4 chips that the $22 tacos came with was laughable, though.  The staff was friendly and attentive.

  Awesome service. Attentive staff. Fresh ingredients. Highly recommend. Had the fish tacos which were spectacular. As was the peach smoothie. Friendly smiling waitress and reasonable prices. Good value awesome view of the ocean and lots of seating in the shade to enjoy the cool breeze. Going back again today.

  Conveniently located centralized from all the resort pools and the beach, I ended up dining here 3 of the 5 days of my stay at the Westin Diplomat. I tried a variety of their menu: the marinated chicken salad, the honey glazed chicken salad wrap, the grilled sirloin hamburger, Calypso wings, and fries. My favorites were definitely the chicken salad and the wings. Packed with protein, the chicken salad has a heaping amount of chicken in a quality, fresh salad mixture tossed in a light vinaigrette. This is the perfect light meal for a day of pool lounging that's packed with nutrients and won't create belly bloat! The wings are also delicious, tangy and flavorful and just the right size.
  
  The other items are standard bar food, but splash definitely places special emphasis on the presentation and quality of its dishes, sometimes allowing their patrons to forget they're poolside dining.
  
  The drinks here are also delicious and pack a punch. Order a pitcher of margaritas for $40 and you're in for a treat!

  Great spot for lunch, especially if you're staying at the Diplomat. They don't have too many food options for lunch, which was a bit disappointing, but it's definitely convenient that they'll serve you on the beach or in the outside dining area. I went for a salad and fruit as there wasn't a good option for me. Our server was friendly and tip and tax was included in our bill.
  
  I suggest serving fresh juice or smoothies!!
